Responsible for screening all broadband and internet troubles including answering Broadband Technical Support phone lines. If possible, employee will work with customer to resolve their broadband troubles over the phone. The purpose of this job is to provide first class customer service and eliminate truck rolls.


 Answering Broadband Technical Support phone lines.

 Work with customer to resolve cable modem, DSL or computer problems.

 Logging Broadband Customer troubles in system.

Hours: Hours will fluctuate in 4 hours increments between the hours of 7am and 11pm, based on call volume.

Position will be 20-25 hours per week in total. This may include weekends and holidays.


 High school diploma or equivalent required. Computer Technology degree preferred.

 At least one year of customer service; call center/technical support experience a plus.

 Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
